Muslim Brotherhood (MB) supporters protested on Friday without prior authorization in Al Haram Street, Giza, assaulting and shooting pellets at police forces, Al Bawaba News reported. Police forces were deployed to break up the demonstrations and track the protesters who fled to side streets. Protesting without prior notification to the Ministry of Interior has been criminalized in Egypt according to a Protest Law issued by the Egyptian interim authorities after the ouster of MB president Mohamed Morsi, July 2013.
