Sisi uses Salafists to achieve his objectives: Secular party

The founder of Egypt's Secular Party, Hisham Ouf, accused President Abdel Fatah Al Sisi of exploiting the Salafists to achieve specific goals, Al Bawaba News reported on Wednesday.
The politician underlined Article 74 of Egypt's Constitution that bans the establishment of any religious parties, while Al Nour Salafist party currently prepares to participate in the upcoming parliamentary elections.
He rebuked the other liberal parties for their inaction towards the increasing role of religious parties in Egypt's political life. He added that they sacrifice Egypt's future for parliamentary seats.
