Egypt's Judges Club Head, Ahmed Al Zend denounced Sunday the consecutive assassination attempts against Egyptian Judges, affirming they will never deviate from applying the necessary laws and rulings against the outlawed, Al Bawaba News reported. "Violence and terror will never thwart us from doing our duties assigned by constitution and law," Al Zend said in a press conference in Cairo. Cairo Criminal Court Head, Councilor Mo'taz Khafagy, who is in charge of trying Muslim Brotherhood leading figures, came allegedly under a failed assassination attempt with explosive devices planted under his personal car, Al Zend added.
Al-Zend hailed the security efforts carried out to arrest militants involved in the wicked attempt, advising judges to be aware of all attempts targeting them.
