Sisi's visit to Moscow reflects strong ties with Russia: expert

Al Sisi's visit to Russia reflects strong ties between the two countries, as Egypt is one of the few Arab states to be invited to attend the Russian Victory Day, legal expert in Foreign Affairs Magdi Al Gohary told Al Bawaba News Saturday.
Al Gohary said the visit was a good opportunity for Sisi and Putin to resume negotiations and discussions on the latest developments in the Arab region started during Putin's visit to Cairo last February.
Victory Day commemorates the 70th anniversary of the Russian victory over Nazi Germany in WW2.
