Deputy General Secretary of Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), Abu Ahmed Fouad urged Sunday Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) to hold an open meeting in order to save Yarmouk refugee camp from Islamic State (IS) terrorist group. Fouad called PLO to condemn IS terrorist acts against the camp, stressing on the need to take a unified political action to resolve the camp's crisis. He stressed that returning refugees to their property and repelling terrorist groups attacks are the main goal of PFLP. Moreover, he called on Hamas Islamic Resistance Movement to confront the terror threats in the camp and support the decisions taken by the all resistance factions. Yarmouk Camp is unofficial refugee camp established in 1957 in Damascus, Syria, populated by Palestinians, with hospitals and school and considered to be the largest Palestinian refugee community in Syria. Since 2011, the camp has witnessed fierce clashes between the Free Syrian Army, PFLP, and terrorist groups.
