South Korea qualified Monday for the 2015 AFC Asian Cup final after beating Iraq 2 goals to nil in the semi-finals. Lee Jung-Hyup gave South Korea the lead by scoring in the first 20 minutes while Kim Young-Gwon ended Iraq's hopes by scoring the second goal in the 50th minute. It is South Korea's first qualification to the AFC final match since 1988, although the country already won the cup twice in 1956 and 1960. The winner of the other semi-final between host country Australia and the UAE, will play in the final against South Korea on January 31, while the loosing team will face Iraq for the third-place game on January 30.
