Egypt's FM Sameh Shoukry will fly to Kenya Monday for a three-day visit to chair the Egyptian-Kenyan Business Forum, set to take place in Kenya on January 13. The Kenyan-Egyptian forum will be held in Nairobi for the first time under the chairmanship of Shoukry and Kenya's Foreign Affairs and International Trade Cabinet Secretary Amina Mohamed. The forum coincides with the sixth round of the Kenyan-Egyptian Joint Committee Conference, which will see the participation of a large Egyptian delegation led by Shoukry. Shoukry stressed, in a press statement, on the significance of the Kenyan-Egyptian Joint Committee in strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries. Shoukry has just left Paris where he participated in the Sunday march against terrorism after the Charlie Hebdo attack. He met a number of Western leaders and discussed regional developments.
