The line-up of 2015 will feature Over 120 musicians, 16 bands from 13 countries celebrating Jazz by the Nile over this 4 days course event. Apart of the music performances, Cairo Jazz Festival is programming this year numerous various activities such as: talent performances for youngsters, Jazz for Kids, workshops, a photo exhibition and Jam sessions. All the above activities will happen on VIBE stage.

(9-10.15pm) The highlight of the festival is Lebanese singer Rima Khcheich, who is famous for having given it's rebirth to the Andalusian form muwashah, as well as to the traditional Arabic repertoire of the 19th and 20th centuries. The Riff band from Egypt (10.30pm). Fri 16, 6.30-7.30pm: Stephan Markovic (Czech) with Akram Al-Sharkawi (Egypt). (8.30-10pm) Iraqi Oud Virtuoso Nasseer Shamma will be featured for the first time in the festival in a spectacular breath taking show together with a 24-piece Danish band Blood Sweat Drum 'n' Bass (Denmark-Iraq). Inspired by the works of the late legendary Syrian poet Nizar Qabbani, "The Road to Damascus" is the name of this project that pictures the Syrian tragedy through the compositions of the Danish composer/conductor Jens-Christian Jensen and the fascinating music of Shamma. (6-7pm) Elisa Rodrigues Quartet (Portugal), (7.30-8.30pm) L'Hijaz Car(France). (9-10pm)Hawidro band (Egypt). Sun 18, 7.30-8.30pm: Eftekasat band (Egypt). (9pm) French Algerian singer and songwriter Souad Massi will be singing at the closing concert, showcasing her latest album Al Mutkalimun (the talkers). Massi's music, which prominently features the acoustic guitar, displays Western musical style influences such as rock, country or the Portuguese fado but sometimes incorporates oriental musical influences and oriental instruments like the oud as well as African musical stylings. Massi sings in Algerian Arabic, French, and occasionally English and Amazigh, often employing multiple languages in the same song.
