Thawretna Souretna at the Tache gallery Tache Art Gallery opens its first photography exhibition after the Egyptian revolution and will donate the proceeds to charity
In thelight of the revolution, a group of young Egyptian artists have been eager to participate in rebuilding the country and giving back to the community. Tache Art galleryis invitingeveryone to attend “Thawretna Souretna” (Our Revolution, Our Picture), a group photography exhibition by Yehia El Alaily, Alaa Taher, Laura El-Tantawy and Mohamed Hakem, who have captured the heart of the revolution through their lenses. The proceeds from this exhibition will go to a charity working with victims, who have been financially affected by the revolution. The exhibition opens on Saturday 2 April and will continue until 30 April at Tache Art Gallery, S-139 El Sahara District, Designopolis, Km 38 Cairo/Alexandria Desert Road, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October City.
