FIFA says its secretary general Jerome Valcke is meeting Minister of Sports Fikile Mbalula and South African Football Association President Kirsten Nematandani on Friday in Zurich. FIFA has threatened South Africa with suspension from soccer if a proposed judicial inquiry interferes in the national soccer body's handling of the case. Nematandani was briefly suspended by SAFA last December after a FIFA report found ''compelling'' evidence that World Cup preparation matches were fixed. SAFA said it had been ''infiltrated'' by convicted match-fixer Wilson Raj Perumal, who appointed referees.
