Members of Ultras Ahlawy have blocked the 6 October bridge, the main highway in the capital, on Wednesday afternoon. Earlier in the day, hundreds of ultras protested at the stock exchange in downtown Cairo before marching on the nearby Saad Zaghloul underground station and occupied the track bringing metro services in the metropolitan area to a brief halt. The Ultras' protests come as part of a "day of rage" the hardcore Ahly football fans have organised to demand justice for the victims of the February Port Said massacre victims ahead of an expected verdict in the case on 26 January.
