El-Hadary ready to guard Egypt's net once more
Essam El-Haradry's four-month suspension ends today and he may join the Pharaohs' squad against South Africa next month

Egypt's goalkeeper, Essam El-Hadary's suspension ended today, February 12, as he spent four months off the field due to a FIFA court of arbitration sentence.
A newly-joined Sudanese Al-Merreikh player, El-Hadary has lost several rulings at FIFA and the Switzerland's Supreme Court since walking out on Ahly midseason to join Swiss club FC Sion in 2008.
In addition to the four months' suspension, the Swiss Federal Tribunal said that El-Hadary must also pay court fines of 10,000 Swiss francs, in addition to $796,500 compensation previously awarded to former club Ahly by the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
“I am happy that I've ended my suspension and I am so eager to play with Al-Merreikh and to return back to Egypt's squad,” El-Hadary said.
Egypt coach Hassan Shehata may use the skills of the 3-time African Cup of Nation (ACN) champion, Hadary, in the next Pharaohs' critical clash against South Africa, March 25, in the 2012 ACN qualifiers as they bottom their group with a single point of possible six.
