String orchestra to perform favourites at Alex Opera House
Under the baton of conductor Mahmoud Osman, the Alexandria Opera Orchestra will perform a selection of favourites on Thursday

On Thursday, 27 September, a string orchestra from the Alexandria Opera House will open its 9th season by performing works beloved by Egyptian audiences.
The complete programme includes 'The Barber of Seville' by Rossini, Mozart's Concerto for Violin and Orchestra in D Major with soloist Mahmoud Osman, and Schubert's famous 'unfinished' Symphony No. 8 in B Minor.
The concert will be conducted by Mahmoud Osman.

At the Alexandria Opera House's Sayed Darwish Theatre, starting at 8pm
