Egypt climb two places in FIFA global rankings
Pharaohs now 38 in FIFA global football rankings, third among Arabs and sixth in Africa

Egypt have moved up two places to 38 in September's FIFA world football rankings, which were announced on Wednesday.
The Pharaohs had also jumped two places in the August rankings.
The winners of seven African Cup of Nations trophies are still sixth among African teams and third among Arabs. Ivory Coast are the leading African team at 16, Algeria are up six places to 28, and Mali are up seven places to 32.
World and European champion Spain are still leading the rankings, above Germany and England, while Portugal moves into fourth place above South American champions Uruguay.
Under the leadership of American manager Bob Bradley, Egypt are preparing for their World Cup qualifier against Zimbabwe in March. They are at a training camp at the Borg El-Arab stadium in Alexandria and will play Benin and Cameroon in friendlies on 7 and 11 September.
The Pharaohs were knocked out of the first round of 2013 African Cup of Nations qualifiers after losing 4-3 on aggregate to the Central African Republic.
