Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal Bin Farhan on Sunday discussed at a meeting with his Indian counterpart Subrahmanyam Jaishankar means of fostering bilateral cooperation in the political and economic fields. The two ministers also reviewed the historic and strong relations between Riyadh and New Delhi, in addition to strengthening bilateral coordination on regional and international issues of common concern, the official Saudi Press Agency reported. Bin Farhan briefed Jaishankar on the Saudi Green Initiative and the Middle East Green Initiative to face environmental challenges in the region and their contribution to achieving global objectives to combat climate change.
