Meteb, Fathi to play in the Olympic Games
The senior Ahly and Egypt players will make it to the London games

Egypt stars Emad Meteb and Ahmed Fathi have booked their places as two of the three overage players that are allowed to play with the U-23 team at the Olympic games next summer.
"We agreed to call Meteb and Fathi and are still considering our third choice. Essam El-Hadary, [Mahmoud Abdel-Razek] Shikabala and Ahmed Hassan are the most prominent candidates," U-23 assistant coach Tarek El-Said was quoted as saying on Ahram Sport.
The 29-year-old Ahly international striker is seen as one of Egypt's best strikers while Fathi, 27, is a multipurpose, energetic midfielder.
Both have been key elements in the Pharaohs' unprecedented treble (2006, 2008 and 2010) and Ramzi hopes they will add strength and experience to his talented squad.
"We are glad that they have been chosen by the Olympic staff and there will be no problems at all letting them join the Toulon camp. We will hold talks to organise our schedules so it won't compromise our preparations for the World Cup and Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers," Egypt assistant coach Diaa El-Sayed was quoted as saying by state-run news agency MENA on Tuesday.
Meteb and Fathi will join the group that will travel to France to play the Toulon tournament from 22 May to 2 June.
