Dortmund go 7 points clear as Bayern slips Shinji Kagawa fired the winner for Borussia Dortmund to beat Mainz 2-1 and move closer to defending its Bundesliga title following Bayern Munich's earlier loss Saturday
Kagawa scored in the 77th minute, three minutes after former Dortmund striker Mohamed Zidan had equalized for Mainz with his fifth goal in consecutive games since his winter transfer from the defending champion. Jakub Blaszczykowski put the home side in front in the 26th, with an unstoppable shot to the top left corner from the edge of the penalty area.
