The Egyptian Football Association (EFA) has fined Ahly EGP 40.000 for the behavior of Red Devils' supporters during the game against Pyramids FC in the Egyptian Premier League on Thursday. The Cairo giants' fans vented their anger over the unthinkable prospect of their team finishing the season empty-handed. The Red Devils lost to Pyramids FC 1-0 on Thursday to allow arch-rivals Zamalek to overtake them on top of the Egyptian Premier League table with a two-point lead in a sea-saw campaign, one of the most exciting for years. The EFA also suspended El-Nogoom midfielder Amr Emad for four games due to his behavior after he was sent off during the 2-1 loss to Petrojet in the Egyptian Premier League on Saturday.
