Egyptian ambassador in Berlin Badr Abdel-Aati has asserted that President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi's speech at the Munich Security Conference (MSC) was widely welcomed by the European leaders, intellectuals and politicians of the world. In statements to Extra News TV on Sunday, Ambassador Abdel-Aati said that El-Sisi's participation in the MSC is a historic one, noting that his speech covered Egypt's vision regarding a number of issues, especially stability and security in Africa, the Middle East region and the world at large. Many participants at the MSC praised El-Sisi's vision as regards the challenges pertaining to terrorism and irregular migration. In regards to El-Sisi's meeting with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, the ambassador said the meeting was held in a very positive atmosphere, noting that both sides are fully satisfied with the level of relations between Egypt and Germany in the economic, trade and military fields.
