For their part, the injured expressed their appreciation for the visit and their determination to return to carry out their duties in order to preserve the country and its great people, no matter what sacrifices they make. Egyptian police on Saturday killed four terrorists who attempted to carry out an attack on a security checkpoint on the coastal highway in the North Sinai city of Arish, MENA state news agency reported, citing an informed source. The source said that the attackers were armed with heavy weapons, including a rocket-propelled grenade launcher.
