Egypt will continue to see unsettled weather next week, with high temperatures, dust and rain in Cairo as well as in most of the country's regions, Egyptian Meteorological Authority head Ahmed Abdel Aal told Ahram Online. “A rise in temperatures from five to seven degrees Celsius is expected across the country starting Sunday,” Abdel Aal said.
The unsettled weather is due to continue for the whole week, he added.
The official said that rain is also expected in Cairo on Monday and Tuesday.
However, Abdel Aal stressed that forecasts show that the rain will not be as strong as last week.
Heavy downpours in northern Egypt on Tuesday flooded roads, caused electricity cuts, and caused property damage in parts of the capital.
Dusty winds are also expected in the south and the west of the country during the coming week.

Cairo: 35-38 degrees Nile Delta: 30-32 degrees North Sinai: 30-33 degrees South Sinai: 38-40 degrees Upper Egypt: 36-39 degrees
