The fourth season of Arabic version of singing competition The Voice will begin on Saturday, with a new host, Egyptian presenter Nardine Farag. Three new judges are joining Lebanese singer Assi El Hallani for this season of the reality show: Egyptian singer Mohamed Hamaki, Lebanese popstar Elissa, and Emirati singer Ahlam. According to a press release, Farag is a television presenter and actress who began her career in 2008 as a radio presenter at Egypt's Nogoom FM station. She then worked at TV host for the Egyptian TV network OTV, before becoming the director of the 88.2 radio station. As a presenter, Farag presented the first edition of the Cairo Design Award (CDA), the first creative designers' platform in the Arab world, and hosted the opening ceremony of the first El Gouna Film Festival. In 2012 she hosted the Egyptian presidential candidates for a discussion of their campaigns. Farag was also the presenter of the third and fourth seasons of Arabs Got Talent Extra, as well as ET Bel Arabi, her second collaboration with the MBC Group, in 2015. In 2016 that Farag had her acting debut in Fouq Mostawa El Shobohat TV series, alongside Youssra. This was followed by a role in El-Hesab Yegma in 2017.
