Market Update: Egypt stocks close Thursday up 1.7 per cent

Egypt's stock exchange has closed the week in the green, the benchmark EGX30 ending Thursday's session up 1.69 per cent at 4,087.9 points.
It was the third day of gains for Egypt's troubled stock market, following climbs for the main index of0.82 per cent yesterday and more than 5 per cent on Tuesday.
Total market turnover was LE318.9 million.
