Zamalek needs more time to reach harmony: Coach Jovovic
Published in Ahram Online on 30 - 09 - 2017

Montenegrin coach Nebojsa Jovovic believes that Zamalek needs more time to reach harmony, giving them a vote of confidence despite their second draw of the season Friday.
"I am not satisfied with the result as we play all matches just to win," Nebojsa said in a press conference after the match.
"We dominated the game, but we weren't lucky to score. I have full confidence in my players despite the result," he added.
After two successive Egyptian league victories, Zamalek were held to a goalless draw by a defensively-solid Enppi at Cairo's Petrosport Stadium.
"It is too early to speak about the League title race. The tournament is very strong and our opponents deploy a defensive strategy, but we only concentrate in the future to win the coming matches," the 43-year-old coach said.
Having finished last season without a trophy, the popular Cairo-based club has promised to take steps to return to winning form, including signing Jovovic and many new players this summer.
"We should learn from our mistakes against Enppi to become better in the coming matches," Jovovic added.
"Also we should all stand behind striker Bassem Morsi after missing a penalty shot.
"We will try to make the best use of the coming period to foster harmony between the players, to dominate the ball for the longest possible time," the coach added.
Zamalek are now third in the Egyptian League table on eight points, two adrift of leaders Arab Contractors after four games.
