Egypt's winger Wrada scores again to help PAOK end Greek league on high note
Published in Ahram Online on 30 - 04 - 2017

Egyptian international winger Amr Warda scored his second succesive league goal with Greek team PAOK in Sunday's 5-1 win over AOK Kerkyra in the final round of the Super League.
Warda, who played the full 90 minutes, scored the fourth goal on 62 minutes to help his team finish as runners up behind champions Olympiakos.
PAOK are six points behind Olympiakos, who clinched the league title after enjoying a comfortable 5-0 home win over struggling PAS Giannina in the penultimate match of the season.
Warda, who scored his first league goal in the previous round last week, has made seven league appearances with PAOK since joining from fellow Greek side Panetolikos in January 2017.
Warda became the seventh Egyptian to play for PAOK after former internationals Magdi Tolba, Hossam and Ibrahim Hassan, Abdel-Satar Sabri, Mahmoud Shikabala and Amir Azmy.
The 23-year-old came through the youth ranks of Cairo giants Ahly before moving to Alexandria-based club Ittihad on a season-long loan in 2014.
He then joined Panetolikos in the summer of 2015 on a free transfer, where he scored nine league goals in two seasons.
Wrada is a regular member of Egypt's squad under coach Hector Cuper, who called him up for the African Cup of Nations in Gabon early this year. The Pharaohs finished as runners-up after losing to Cameroon in the final.
