French giants Paris Saint Germain (PSG) are in advanced talks with the Premier League's newly promoted team Queens Park Rangers (QPR) over the acquisition of their gifted Moroccan striker Adel Taarabt. “Flavio [Briatore, the president of QPR] is in charge of the transfers. He is in negotiations with PSG and he will decide on the value of the deal,” coach Neil Warnock was quoted as saying by the French magazine l'Equipe on Friday. The 22-year old striker has been inspirational in QPR's promotion campaign, scoring 19 goals to claim the Championship Player of the Season Award. He has been the target of several big European clubs but Leonardo is believed to be his biggest fan since he sought him out while he was back at Inter.
