40 degree temperatures keep Egypt hot for the next 48 hours

Egypt's official weather agency has said that Egypt will witness another spell of "extremely hot weather" Saturday, with temperatures reaching the 40 degrees Celsius mark in several parts of the country.
The hot weather is expected to continue for the coming 48 hours, according to the Egyptian Meteorological Authority(EMA).
Temperatures on Saturday are expected to reach 39 degrees Celsius in Cairo, 34 in the coastal city of Alexandria and 42 degrees Celsius in the Sinai resort of Sharm El-Sheikh.
Meanwhile, on Sunday high temperatures will continue with 38 degrees Celsius in Cairo, 34 degrees in the coastal city of Alexandria, and a high of 40 and 39 in the cities of Ismailia and Suez respectively.
Sharm El-Sheikh is expected to see a blistering 43 degrees Celsius, while Hurghada will have to endure a scorching 44 degrees Celsius.
Egypt has battled hot waether for the past few weeks.
