Ahly striker Emad Meteab expressed his displeasure after he was dropped from his side's squad for two successive games. Meteb was left out of coach Juan Garrido's 19-man squad for the upcoming clash against Moghreb Tetouan in the first leg of the CAF Champions League round of 16 on Sunday. The veteran striker was also omitted from Ahly's 5-0 rout of Assiouty Sport in an Egyptian Premier League match on Tuesday. "It's not normal," Metab said in a television interview on Wednesday when asked about his exclusion. "I'm fit to play and I cannot understand why I'm excluded from the squad." The 32-year-old is Ahly's top scorer in the Egyptian league this season, having netted nine goals so far.
