Zamalek asked the Confederation of African football (CAF) to move their upcoming clash against Vita Club on the Champions League's quarters away from Kinshasa after clashes erupted during Vita Club's game against TP Mazembe in the Congolese League. Fifteen people were killed and 21 others injured after trouble broke out at a football match in the DR Congo capital Kinshasa on Sunday, during which police fired tear gas at fans. The clashes also saw a stampede in the stands the collapse of a stadium wall according to local Radio Okapi.. Zamalek will start their campaign in the Champions League quarters on Sunday when they meet Vita Club in Kinshasa on Sunday.
