CAIRO: Supervisor of the Operations Room monitoring elections and Judges Syndicate spokesman Chancellor Mahmoud Helmy Sherif said runoff elections had gone smoothly and without complaints but that voter turnout was low compared to the first phase. He also said no judges were assaulted or got in to altercations with voters, as opposed to the first phase. Member of the Operations Room Chancellor Shady Moussa said voting would end at 7pm and ballot counting started immediately.
