CAIRO: Google has launched several websites for following the first post-January 25 Revolution Egyptian parliamentary elections, providing voters with the required information. One of the websites launched is for publishing news and footage about the election process which is classified, according to political parties. The website also helps voters know their constituencies and information on the candidates. Google Maps and Google elections play a great role in providing information via the internet and mobile phones. The company also launched www.sayyedqararak on Youtube to enable Egyptian politicians to exchange their points of view with all Egyptian citizens on the most compelling issues on the Egyptian scene. The website includes more than 400 videos and also provides politicians the chance to answer questions from voters on numerous topics.
