CAIRO: Six major Islamic powers including the Islamic Legitimate Body of Rights and Reformation (ILBRR), Jamaat Ansar al-Sunnah, Ikhwan, Gama'a Al-Islamyyia, Salafis and Scholars' Shura Council called for the formation of a technocratic National Salvation Council. In a statement, The ILBRR condemned all kinds of violence against protesters, highlighting the necessity for executing the military council's communiqué 82 which calls for an immediate investigation in to Tahrir clashes. The body also offered its condolences to Tahrir victims asking Allah to have mercy upon them. The Islamic powers called on Egyptians to ease tensions for transparent and fair elections. They added that participation in the parliamentary elections was integral in avoiding economic deterioration and for securing the country's situations.
