Cairo airport received 99 deported Egyptians from Italy after they were arrested over the past few weeks for illegally entering the country. The deported arrived on two flights. One flight came from Bari with 71 deportees protected by 51 security officers. The other came from Sophia with 28 deportees and 25 security officers aboard. Airport authorities held investigations with the deported, as they exited Egypt without using legitimate channels.
