Cairo stock market continued increasing during mid-session on Thursday October 13. Main stock market EGX30 increased by 1.91 percent, new index EFX20 by 1.95 percent, medium and small company index EGX70 by 1.84 percent and the most common index EGX100 by 1.83 percent. All big company shares increased, including the Public Company for Chinese porcelain products by 4.80 percent, Ezz Steel by 3.78 percent, Al-Baraka Bank Egypt by 3.70 percent, Telecom Egypt by 2.34 percent, Pioneers Holding 2.54 percent and Orascom Construction Industries by 1.58 percent.
