Symposium for media role during and after Jan. 25 Revolution

CAIRO: Egyptian General Administration for cinema culture, chaired by Ali Afifi, is organizing a symposium entitled the “Media performance during and after the Egyptian January 25 Revolution” in the Supreme Council of the Culture in October 13.
The symposium will tackle controversial questions to the Egyptian media during the January 25 Revolution and how its role changed after the revolution.
Egyptian authors Aman Ashraf and Bahaa Taher will attend the symposium. The documentary film "Storm of Egypt" will be shown in the symposium.
