The Egyptian Center for International Cultural Cooperation will organize a celebration for the 38th anniversary of Egypt's military victory over Israel in 1973.
It will include a lecture in English by Egyptian military expert Ahmed Abdel Haleem.
The seminar will be held on Oct. 12 at the High Council of Culture. A number of diplomats will attend the seminar.
