Attempt to smuggle 5 Pharaonic statutes in Red Sea stopped

The Egyptian Border Patrol stopped an attempt to smuggle five Pharaonic statutes that were in the possession of an Egyptian citizen.
The border patrol in the Red Sea region captured an Egyptian citizen Mohamed from the city of Abu Ramad. He was trying to smuggle the five statutes from an archaeological site in Aswan out of Egypt.
Mohamed was transferred to military prosecution in the Red Sea for investigations.
