3rd meeting for governors tomorrow

Egyptian Prime Minister Essam Sharaf will lead the third meeting of the Board of Governors following a reshuffle tomorrow.
The meeting also will discuss the teachers' protest and the beginning University classes in October, as well as deteriorating security, inflation, plans for the future, and decentralization.
The Board of Governors meet the last Thursday of every month.
