Giza Pyramids win Best Tourist Attraction in Africa

SHARM EL-SHEIKH, Egypt – Egypt won the award for Best Tourism Destination in Africa at the World Travel Award held at the Savoy Hotel in the Red Sea town of Sharm el-Sheikh.
The Giza Pyramids won the award for Best Tourist Attraction in Africa, beating out Victoria Falls and Mount Kilimanjaro.
Various companies, hotels and international organizations participated in the awards festival.
