Minister of Higher Education attends UNESCO session

Egyptian Minister of Higher Education and State for Scientific Research, Moataz Khurshid, left Cairo to go to Paris to participate in the 87th Session of the Executive Council of UNESCO.
Khurshid will deliver a speech during the session, to be attended by a large number of Member States of the Organization and will chair the meeting of non-governmental organizations and civil society of UNESCO.
