Investment constituency at administrative judiciary Court, headed by Judge Hamdi Yassin Okasha, decided to refuse the selling contracts of Misr Shabein El-Kom Company for spinning and weaving, Tanta Company for linen and Nasr Company for steam boilers and pressure vessels. The court ordered to return back the three companies to their normal state before contracting and retrieving all branches, tools and machines of the companies without debts or mortgages. The court also ordered to return the workers back to their jobs and provide them with all their rights. The court cancelled terms of international arbitrations in the contracts. As for Al-Nasr for steam boilers and pressure vessels, the court ordered an entire sale for tools and contracts. It also ordered to re-prossess the company's factories in Manyal Sheha region. When the three judgments were released, all those in the court hall cheered.
