A Sudanese heavy cargo ship collided with port at the port of Adabeia in Suez, resulting in damage to port pavement. A committee from the Red Sea Ports Authority and technical experts went to the port to assess losses caused by the ship. The ship "Al-Gosoa" went into crisis five months ago when Egyptian and Asian sailors held a strike because the Sudanese owner had not paid their salaries for nine months. The Red Sea Ports Authority seized the vessel after the owner refused to pay dues to the authority.
