NORTH SINAI, Egypt: Armed men opened fire at a security services' ambush position east in Abu Tawlea, east of Arish, the capital of the North Sinai Governorate, before escaping Monday morning, according to security sources. A security source said unknown armed men shot at them from cars, forcing security services to return fire. Two civilians, who the security source referred to as “Ibrahim” and “Sherif,” were injured and were transferred to Sheikh Zweid hospital in North Sinai governorate.
