Mubarak resignation cannot be appealed: Administrative court

The Administrative Judiciary Court headed by Justice Abdel Mageed today confirmed that the decision by former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak to resign and the transfer of power to the Supreme Council of the Egyptian Armed Forces (SCAF) were sovereign decisions.
“These decisions cannot be appealed,” the court said earlier today.
Mubarak's decision was forced by the youth-led, military-protected January 25 Revolution.
