Egyptians plan to welcome Turkish PM Erdogan

CAIRO: A new Facebook campaign was launched today to hold a million man rally to celebrate the arrival of Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan to Cairo on September 13.
Over 3,000 bloggers committed to attend the rally to receive Erdogan and another 12,000 pledged to participate if available.
Administrators of the Facebook page said they will contact the Turkish embassy in Cairo to finalize arrangements, details of which will be posted on the page.
The reception will be held in front of the Turkish Cultural Institute where Erdogan is scheduled to meet Egyptian youth.
Commenters on the Facebook page largely expressed their approval of the Turkish Prime Minister visit.
