The chairman of Committee of Engineering Insurance, Ahmed Morsi, said the insurance commission of the Engineering Federation will step up its work this month. It will also hold two meetings since the nuclear insurance policy document is almost complete. Morsi told Youm7 in a special statement the document should be completed before October. He pointed out the nuclear insurance policy document is a mixture of engineering outlines to "secure all the dangers of nuclear composition," as well as it is a method to document responsibilities of nuclear testing and operation. He added the Commission's plan this year is to translate this document, adding insurance coverage for nuclear facilities will not be provided for the insurance company only. The federation of Insurance companies providing insurance to nuclear facilities include Misr Insurance, Egypt's Al-Ahlia Insurance Company, the Suez Canal Company for Insurance, Al-Mohandes Insurance Company, Delta Insurance Company, Chartis Insurance Group, Arab Misr Insurance (AMIG), among many others.
