Civilians in military prisons transferred to Interior Min prisons

CAIRO: Civilians detained in military prisons are being transferred to prisons run by the Egyptian Interior Ministry, according to a military source.
“All civil prisoners in military prisons in the region of Hykestep will be transferred to Ministry of Interior prisons,” said the source.
The source also said these prisons are under charges of thugs and possessing firearms during the loose security after the January 25 Revolution.
“20 other prisoners will be transferred to Ministry of Interiors prisons during the next two days,” said the source.
However this transfer does not mean their cases will turn into civil courts, as the source said.
