Families of pilgrims damage airport terminal to protest mistreatment, delays

Dozens of families of pilgrims today broke the glass divider at terminal three in Cairo International Airport out of frustration due to delays. Relatives of the families were late in arriving to Cairo after performing Umrah in the holy lands in Saudi Arabia.
Delays were attributed to air traffic confusion within the Saudi Arabian airline.
The families also reported that some relatives had been detained in Jedda Airport, adding to the confusion, frustration and ultimate property damage at the Cairo Airport.
