Telecom Egypt provides Sinai with free phone lines

The executive manager of Telecom Egypt, Mohamed Abdel Raheem, said there is a new offer to customers of North Sinai through which the customer obtains a land phone line without any administrative charges.
He added the company will provide customers who want ADSL service for a month with receive another free month.
He said the offer copes with plans to develop Sinai, adding the telecommunication services are main factors to achieve real development.
It is important to mention the company started a campaign in July to compete with mobile services providers by reducing the price of the minute in all Egyptian governorates to only three Egyptian Piasters.
One EGP (U.S. $0.17) is made up of 100 Piasters.
