CAIRO: The Egyptian lawyer Ussri Abdel-Razek sent to Egypt's Minister of Transportation, Ali Zein al-abdeen, a legal letter of warning calling him to carry out the court verdict that stipulated to cancel the decision of removing the name of former President Hosni Mubarak from squares and schools over Egypt. The lawyer asked him to return Mubarak's name on the metro station and public buildings from which it has been removed. The lawyer added that if the Minister does not carry out the court verdict, he will file a suit against him in accordance with article No 132, which states that if any judiciary verdict is not carried out, the person in charge will face imprisonment and will be sacked from his or her job. It should be noted that the court of summery of actions passed a verdict to cancel the decision of removing Mubarak's name from squares and public buildings all over Egypt. The case was also referred to the State Council.
